MX W3B Tools provides a DNS-based mail authentication scanner. When you submit a domain, we may process the domain, DNS results, scanner output, request metadata, and timestamps to operate, secure, improve, and debug the service.
We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage, traffic sources, and product performance. Google Analytics may collect information such as browser type, pages viewed, approximate location, device data, and interactions with the site.
We do not ask for mailbox passwords, DNS provider credentials, or private email contents. Scan results may be stored so the admin dashboard can review recent checks and identify common configuration issues.
We may use service providers for hosting, analytics, security, and operational logging. We do not sell personal information.
